Elaine, St. Albert/Head Office/Division Manager

Elaine has spent the over 15 years in public practice working closely with small businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Elaine enjoys helping small business owners make sense of their numbers, minimize their tax burdens and is a friendly, helpful buffer when faced with CRA issues. She has helped many small businesses including farms, oil and gas contractors, trucking and logging operators, engineers, medical practices, motels, homebuilders, franchises, hardware stores and restaurants with everything from personal and corporate tax returns and tax planning to testamentary trusts. She values building strong relationships with clients and learning about their businesses, goals and dreams. In her spare time, Elaine goes on eco-adventures with her young family and friends, either camping or other “unplugged” adventures. She has a passion for yoga and martial arts, and has achieved her third degree black belt in karate. She enjoys learning about new technology, and its business applications. Elaine has a love of languages, particularly Anglo-Saxon (Old English), and a love of literature, from Shakespeare to Stephen King, from her years majoring in English at the University of Alberta.
